Resiliency Resource Center

The Resiliency Resource Center offers resources for Temple students who are both new to Tuttleman Counseling Services and to those who are in therapy and wish to build on skills that they have begun to develop in their individual or group therapy. Resources include on-line materials, workbooks, meditation and relaxation exercises, biofeedback and bright light therapy among others. Undergraduate psychology interns are available to assist with location and operation of materials.

The Resiliency Resource Center is open from 10am-4pm Monday through Friday during Fall and Spring semesters and may be accessed by attending WIC or contacting your current clinician.

**Due to COVID-19, the RRC is physically unavailable but aims to provide more virtual resources. You can now follow the RRC on instagram @tuttleman_resiliencycenter.
