When you access registration link

Students register for services online 10am to 3pm Monday through Friday from our Access page.  After forms are submitted, you will receive a call from TCS regarding next steps (please know you will be contacted via phone, the incoming call will likely come from a blocked or unknown number). 

For students who are new to TCS, use access page to complete registration.  If you are physically located outside the state of Pennsylvania, it is necessary for you to work with mental health professionals who are licensed to practice in your state.  If you are interested in continuing counseling in a state other than Pennsylvania, please indicate if you would like our office to assist you to find a provider in your area.

Completing the initial forms takes about 20-30 minutes.  

You may also be scheduled to meet with one of our psychiatrists if medication may be needed.  Meeting with a psychiatrist can only occur after registering and completing an initial consultation. 

Sometimes a referral is given to an on-campus resource or to mental health resources outside the university.  In these cases, your counselor will discuss with you the need for the referral and will help to make the referral successful or schedule a meeting with the TCS referral coordinator to assist you.
