• Only the student requesting services should register (Registration is from 10am-3pm, Monday - Friday).  Note: Registration is currently closed and will reopen at 10am on Thursday January 2nd.
• Most of our services can only be provided when you are located in the state of Pennsylvania.  If you would like continuing services outside of Pennsylvania, please indicate if you would like our office to assist you to find a provider in your area.  
• If you are generally unable to be seen during our regular business hours, please indicate this on your registration paperwork.
• Remain on until all forms are completed. 
• After forms are submitted, you will receive a call from TCS to set up your Initial Consultation session.  The initial consultation is a phone appointment and you will be able to discuss options for treatment with the counselor at that time (which includes services that may exist in-person versus remote on or off-campus). Please plan to be in a confidential & private space for your Initial Consultation phone session.

If you are interested in Skills Classes and Yoga only:

• Most of our services can only be provided when you are located in the state of Pennsylvania.  If you are interested in remote services outside of Pennsylvania, please complete our full registration to get connected with our Case Management and Referral Team, or you can use our referral database to locate virtual groups in your area. 
• If you are interested in one of our Skills Groups, eligible Support Groups or Yoga classes only, please select #4 (Skills Classes and Yoga Only) when you are on the registration page (link below).
• If you are interested in other TCS services (Individual, Group, Resiliency Resource Center, Psychiatry, Case Management, Referral), or if not sure which services would best meet your needs, please comple registration forms (#1 for Main & Ambler Campus students, #2 for HSC students).
• Remain on until all forms are completed. 
• After forms are submitted, you will be contacted within 2 business days to confirm your group registration.

NEW CLIENTS

• If you are generally unable to be seen for appointments during our regular business hours, please indicate this on your registration paperwork.
• After registration forms are submitted, you will receive an email from TCS-HSC by the end of the next business day inviting you to schedule an appointment. Most students will be scheduled an intake appointment. Please respond at your earliest convenience. If you do not receive an email by the end of the next business day, please call the TCS at HSC front desk at 215-707-4088. The intake is an in-person or virtual appointment and you will be able to discuss options for treatment with the counselor at that time. If virtual, please plan to be in a confidential & private space for your intake.
